First Visit to the Doctor

On January 8 Shelley and me went to her first Doctors appointment for the baby. Everything went well, besides the long wait, and we were able to hear the heartbeat. 153 bpm. Very cool. We have an other ultrasound booked for Febuary. Countdown -168 days.

We left for Calgary on theThursday before Christmas. We had a very nice Christmas with the Mantels. There was great food, drinks, gifts and lots of laughs. Everyone was in Calgary except Ali and Ben who had been up the week before. 

We spent a few days in Lacombe with the Kraay side of the family. Sunday afternoon and evening mom and dad hosted all the extended family. On Monday afternoon we had our family Christmas. Once again we did not win the bowing event but we had a lot of fun. After a great turkey dinner we opened a few gifts, play a game, and enjoyed the evening together.
